re/start is a productised growth service offered by Epirco Synergy, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a Delaware C-Corporation. Our registered address is Middletown, Delaware, United States. re/start provides done-for-you digital infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses — including brand identity, website development, CRM setup, digital advertising, and ongoing growth support.

By completing a purchase, signing up for a subscription, or using any part of the re/start service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
re/start offers an annual subscription service delivered in structured phases. Depending on your chosen plan (Core, Growth, or Scale), services may include:
- Brand identity design (logo, colour system, typography, brand guide)
- Custom website design and development
- HubSpot CRM configuration and integration
- Google Ads setup and management
- Ongoing optimisation, reporting, and support
- Access to the re/start client portal for project visibility
The specific deliverables for your subscription tier are defined in the plan description at the time of purchase. All deliverables are outlined in the client portal and agreed upon at onboarding via milestone sign-off.
re/start services are billed as annual subscriptions. The first-year rate and renewal rate are presented clearly at the point of sale. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
- Billing cycle: Annual, charged upfront at the start of each term
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect at renewal
- Taxes: Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details on our servers.
To deliver the best results, we require your active participation at key stages. You agree to:
- Complete the Brand Discovery Questionnaire accurately and promptly during onboarding
- Provide timely feedback and approvals at each milestone stage (typically within 5 business days)
- Supply any required assets (existing logos, brand materials, access credentials) within agreed timelines
- Designate a primary point of contact for the engagement
- Ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines. Our on-time delivery guarantee applies subject to timely client cooperation at each milestone.
Your deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all creative assets, code, copy, and configurations produced specifically for your project transfer to you as the client. This includes logos, website files, brand guides, and advertising assets.
Our materials: re/start retains ownership of its proprietary processes, frameworks, templates, internal tooling (including the AI-powered Brand Discovery system), and the re/start brand itself. These are not included in your deliverables.
Third-party tools: Certain services we configure on your behalf (HubSpot, Google Workspace, cloud hosting) are subject to the terms of those platforms. Your continued access to those tools depends on your relationship with those providers.
Portfolio rights: Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to reference your project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business data, strategies, or client information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide the services (e.g. engaging a vetted specialist sub-contractor under equivalent confidentiality obligations).
You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute re/start's proprietary methodologies, pricing, or internal documentation.
We stand behind our delivery timelines. If we miss an agreed milestone date due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to one additional month of service at no charge.
This guarantee is contingent on client approvals and materials being provided within the agreed response windows. It does not apply where delays are caused by factors outside our control, including third-party platform outages, force majeure events, or client-side delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epirco Synergy, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to re/start in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate the subscription by providing written notice. Termination by the client does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as provided in our Refund Policy (see the Refund Policy tab).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- You engage in conduct that is abusive, harassing, or unlawful
- You materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice
Upon termination, all deliverables completed and paid for remain yours. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your assets and access credentials.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- Active clients: Data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for up to 3 years after the relationship ends (for legal and accounting purposes)
- Enquiries & leads: Contact data is retained for up to 12 months if no engagement follows
- Marketing opt-ins: Retained until you withdraw consent
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

The 90-day satisfaction guarantee runs from the date your subscription begins (your official onboarding date). To be eligible, you must raise your concern in writing to admin@restartkit.io before the 90-day window closes.
We take every satisfaction claim seriously. Our first priority is always to understand the issue and find a resolution — whether that's refining deliverables, revisiting a brief, or escalating internally.
Because re/start is a done-for-you service with real work performed from day one, not all costs can be refunded. Here's how it breaks down:

In simple terms: you pay for what has been done. You are refunded for what hasn't been delivered yet.
To initiate a satisfaction claim or refund request:
- Email admin@restartkit.io with the subject line "Satisfaction Claim — [Your Company Name]"
- Describe the specific concern or issue — be as detailed as possible
- Include your onboarding date and the name of your subscription plan
We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and respond with a proposed resolution within 7 business days.
A cancellation and a refund are separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing and pauses your subscription. It does not automatically trigger a refund.
- Refund returns a portion of fees paid, subject to the terms above.
If you cancel outside the 90-day window, no refund is issued for fees already paid. Work completed to date remains yours.
To cancel your subscription, contact us at admin@restartkit.io with at least 30 days' written notice before your renewal date.
Note that our on-time delivery guarantee (one free month if we miss an agreed milestone due to our own fault) is a separate commitment and operates independently of this refund policy. It is not a cash refund — it is a service credit applied to your next billing period.
Both guarantees can apply simultaneously if the circumstances warrant it.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of the claim being resolved. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider — typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the transfer.
We do not issue refunds in cash, cryptocurrency, or alternative payment methods.
